Each of the four houses has two high-quality floors with a total living space of 111m² and a 30 m² terrace with a panoramic view of the Danube. The floor plans are flexible, making them suitable as a main residence or a charming weekend and holiday home and, thanks to their energy efficiency, they provide perfect indoor climate conditions all year round.

The modular houses are prefabricated from sustainable solid wood panels (cross laminated timber), which results in an incredibly quick assembly time of just one week. Each house has a photovoltaic system on the roof and a home battery storage unit. They are supported by floating bodies weighing around 130 tonnes, but can also be placed on a foundation, regardless of location.

An additional bonus of the concept: The house can be dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere at any time. The rush for alternative, ecological, yet unusual living solutions is currently so great that other locations are already being looked into.

 

Both the floor plan design and the furnishings allow the tenant to use it flexibly, either as a main residence or a charming holiday home.
