Gardens, water features, spa facilities, therapy and seminar rooms, 3 restaurants and a 4-star superior hotel were built on 60,000 m² of land, with a total investment volume of 65 million euros. This makes Linsberg Asia one of the largest projects of its kind in Austria.
The complex is divided into two complementary sub-areas: the thermal bath has a daily capacity of max. 1,200 visitors with an area of 15,000 m² and a water surface of 1,430 m².
The 4-star hotel has 116 standard double rooms, 6 suites and 3 long-stay apartments. The restaurant seats 240 people. The seminar area can accommodate up to 200 guests and offers 5 conference rooms, which are high-tech and furnished according to Far Eastern harmony theory to promote learning. The magnificent Japanese garden pavilion is ideal for special events.
