Waterside Living Winterhafen Linz

The four extraordinary residential buildings are located on the banks of the Danube and reinterpret the idea of a contemporary houseboat. List smart results’ idea was presented at Ars Electronica in 2015, before the project was handed over to the ÖSW Group in 2017. The concept, developed by List smart results together with architects Dietmar Kraus and Heinz Lutter, opens up unique, previously unusable locations. The modular solid wood, low-energy construction supports ecological concepts and can be quidkly implemented with extremely short construction and assembly times.
