On a construction area of 9,800 m² and completed within 19 months, List smart results was able to prove its skills as a general contractor for interior design and turnkey outfitter for the 186 rooms, 28 suites, 1 presidential suite and all public areas such as the lobby, reception, bar and restaurant, health club and conference rooms.
