Park Hyatt Hotel

From a former regional bank headquarters to a 5-star hotel. The hotel is impressive not only for its unique location in the “Golden Quarter”, but also for its former use as a bank, which is still reflected in the design and use of space within the hotel. As a result, guests can relax in the hotel’s own 1,000 m² Arany Spa with pool in the former vault. The utmost attention has been given to preserving the charm of the 100 year-old building, allowing guests to enjoy a fine cigar in a cosy atmosphere in the Living Room Lounge.

As a partial general contractor, List smart results GmbH was responsible for the Bar, Living Room Lounge and Spa with a total area of 1,570 m².
