Sophisticated construction site logistics, as well as experienced project management and decades of proven hotel expertise enabled List smart results to renovate Austria’s largest hotel with 15 floors and 661 rooms and suites, while operations continued.

In addition to the extensive renovation of existing hotel rooms and corridors, the hotel has added 789 additional guest rooms and suites on the 13th and 14th floors. The former office space has been converted into high-quality rooms and junior suites with impressive panoramic views.
