Symposium 2015 – “The individualisation of accommodation”

Spending the night surrounded by nature in a unique location, experiencing the comfort of an exclusive guest room and enjoying unforgettable views – the “smart living lodge concept” unites all of these elements.

As part of the two-day symposium, which was organised by the österreichische Hotel- und Tourismusbank GmbH, the Austrian Hotelier Association, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Austrian Federal Ministry for Science, Research and Business, List smart results GmbH was invited to present its smart living lodge® concept – a modular, individual accommodation experience – to many members of the tourism industry.

With the smart living lodge®, List smart results GmbH has created an accommodation experience which allows commercial operators and restaurants the ability to install or extend their guest rooms at short notice and at little cost.

The smart living lodge® concept offers the comfort of an exclusive guest room and with its modular construction in solid wood it opens up huge possibilities for individual configuration and extension. The use of natural and local materials meets the highest demands for ecological and sustainable construction techniques. Since the prefabrication technique is not dependent on weather, very short construction periods are possible. The room-units are delivered fully furnished and ready for connection including all technical domestic components; they are “ready to move in” immediately after installation and can be used all year round.
