The birth of “Waterside Living” – unique waterside residence

During an exclusive event, the ÖSW Group (the Austrian Residential Service) presented the project “Waterside Living” in the Ars Electronica Center Linz together with KR Manfred List and Ing. Sascha Risavy from List smart results GmbH. For the first time, the ingenious concept of a modern houseboat was presented to a selected audience of local politicians, opinion leaders and potential clients.

The Waterside Living project opens up completely new dimensions for water as a residential location. The Winterhafen (Winter Harbour) in Linz is to be the first location for four exceptional residential properties. Further locations are already at the planning stage.
